Primul curs de formare cu titlul „Inteligent
Assessment and Evaluation” a avut loc în perioada 20-24 februarie 2023, în localitatea Malaga din Spania. Organizația gazdă a cursului a fost „IDEVELOP TRAINING SL”. Programul cursului:
DAY
BY DAY PROGRAMME Day 1 The concepts of Test, Measurement, Assessment and
Evaluation • Introductory meeting, explanation of practical arrangements,
presentation of course programme. Day 2 Assessment Approaches • Assessment methods – Activities to check understanding – Classroom management activities – Games for assessment and evaluation activities Day 3 Assessment strategies • Assessment strategies and everyday tips for teachers Day 4 Classroom evaluation techniques • Difference between classroom assessment and traditional evaluation
criteria • Involving parents and careers in a new assessment system • Ways to provide effective feedback • Developing peer-to-peer and self-assessment
Day 5 (5
hours) • Course evaluation and revision Competențe dobândite: Knowledge The participant: - has adequate
knowledge to apply modern teaching methods in the classroom - knows how to
implement in his/her school the appropriate methodology learned during the
project - perceives the
differences and similarities between the Spanish educational system and the
educational system in his/her home country - knows and applies
different methods to increase students' interest in the topic discussed - knows how to
adapt his/her teaching method to the audience -Greater knowledge
about assessment approaches, assessment strategies, classroom evaluation
techniques that inspire them to design a set of evaluation criteria and rubrics
for their own context to implement an effective evaluation project in their
school
Skills - use their own
experience in working with students - choose and
implement the best teaching methods used in Spain - teach in an
active, varied and interesting way - identify the
topic the students are working on in their lessons - evaluate the
quality of teaching - distinguish
between different teaching methods - make students
become more involved in their own learning - carry out
activities with motivation, cooperation and a high level of autonomy - teach different
problem solving strategies - help students
become more organized - develop teamwork
skills, allowing students to socialize with others - develop a
stronger bond between the teacher and the students and among the students
themselves. - provide
participants with new ideas regarding the application of technology in order to
improve our environment - identify,
assessing and evaluating soft skills
Competences Participant: - demonstrates
readiness to teach and be active and takes initiative - has a sound
knowledge of the work in a vocational training center - has knowledge of
teaching in a foreign language - shows sufficient
self-confidence to predict which activities will be positively received by the
group - approaches all activities with a good mood and positive attitude, as he/she understands how this can affect the mood and abilities of the students - has the necessary
skills to evaluate different teaching methods - implements an
efficient evaluation scheme
- provides feedback
for students’ work and grade assignments - learns to
regulate student’s behaviour in the classroom through evaluation criteria - monitors
students’ performance throughout the course - sets up grading
